1948 on the dairy farm.
This is me feeding the chickens.I spent the first 14 years of my life on a dairy north of Terrell
in what is called the Poetry Community.
I guess I've spent a good 58 years caring for some kind of animals,
except for the six years in the Navy. (I was one of the animals then)
